Who ARE you guys?

Special Products Window Film Company (California contractor's license #718087) started doing business in 1969 installing window film from the Special Tapes Division of 3M Company (our dealer number is #123). 3M invented window film in 1967, and at first we had only one product, A-18 Silver. Today we are one of the largest 3M window film contractors in the United States and we now have dozens of 3M products.

Bay Area Window Film (California contractor's license #744659) has been chosen by Material Science Corporation to install a new high tech product called PANORAMA®. What really makes us proud is that Material Science Corporation has selected Bay Area Window Film, out of two dozen competitors, to install and service these products from their new state of the art manufacturing facility in San Diego. In addition to this newest technology, Bay Area Window Film will also service the best of the generic products at the lowest prices.

Our staff is committed to being the best in the business. We enjoy the challenges of teamwork, from the moment you call our office, until our installer cleans up after the installation. We are ready to prove we are the best window film installers anywhere. We have report cards on every installation available for you to view. Our installers have been selected for being the best in residential and commercial installations. We are one of the largest, yet with less than 20 people we are small enough to be personally involved with even our smallest projects.

Special Products and Bay Area Window Film area Better Business Bureau members and have a contractors licences, liability insurance, workers compensation insurance, and great service. We are also members of The California Chamber of Commerce, The IWFA (International Window Film Association) and BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association).
